Returns & Refunds for Event Tickets
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of event ticketing, we do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
You may request a name change on your ticket (to transfer it to someone else) up to 48 hours before the event. Please email us with your request and ticket details.
Cancellations by Us
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted via the email provided at the time of booking. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations by You
If you are unable to attend an event, tickets are non-refundable. In certain cases, we may be able to offer partial credit toward a future event if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior. This is at the discretion of RSVP Weddings & Events Ltd and is not guaranteed.
